Clean and quiet place (even that fast river on the back of hotel, and our room had window on the same side - no noise from river). Friendly staff - even during checkout asked if I'd like to have room on 1-st or 3-rd floor (in mostly places they just give you cards/keys and that's it). Large area for breakfast. Pool and gym available - did not use, but saw people using it (some kids have fun in the pool, and all facilities were not overcrowded. Convenient parking on site and ramps for hotel access - everything is designed with thinking about people w/ disabilities.

Immaculately clean!!! Key feature for me. Welcoming staff. Breakfast selection wonderful & delicious. Room layout excellent. Bedding very fresh & comfortable! Bathroom lovely as well. All decor pleasing. Very well appointed!

King bed was great, and even the fold out couch was comfy for my grandkids. Staff was really super with info and help. Great view from our room, pool was great but accoustics were awful in that pool room. Breakfast was great.

Lovely room clean newly renovated. Great view of the river. Pool was great. Breakfast was great and 0lenty of seating. Will pin this one and return again.

Staff was very friendly and always willing to help. Room was a moderate size for two adults and one 5yr old. Our son has special needs so the indoor pool was a huge plus! They even have a specialized chair for someone with a disability to still be able to enjoy the pool and feel included. There were safety measures in place at this hotel and we think it wouldn’t be a bad idea to continue the pool reservations. It was nice to have it to ourselves for an hour. Thank you staff for a great experience.
